MOTORISTS are facing delays after an early-morning crash on the M27 in which one person was seriously injured.
Police said lanes two and three of the eastbound carriageway were shut following the incident, which happened at about 6am near junction five for Eastleigh.

A map by travel information service Romanse shows traffic building back towards junction three for the M271.
A police spokesperson said one person was seriously injured in single-vehicle accident.
She added that the vehicle had been recovered and the road had been re-opened.
