Southampton council don’t want anything except more boring student accommodation but then maybe it’s actually the uni that runs this city.
Look how our main attraction the Bargate looks, ugly fencing around the lions, no shields put back and no flag flying.
The Spitfire would be a great asset for the city but maybe beyond our council’s ability as they cannot even get the roads fixed.
