Coastguard crews rushed to help a man who was in a marina last night.
The man had been "drinking", according to a spokesperson from Solent Coastguard, and was in Haslar Marina, Gosport.
Crews from Hillhead and Portsmouth were called to help the man at 11.04pm and a lifeboat from Gosport also attended the casualty.
The man, who was not in a boat, was recovered and treated by South Central Ambulance Service.
