A WINCHESTER student has been fined for possession of a class A drug.
Oliver Lewis Alexander Devine, 28, of Queens Road, was caught with cocaine on March 28.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £120 with a £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
