BURGLARS threw a brick through the window of a motorist centre before breaking in.

The incident at MAS Motorist Centre, of Spring Road, Southampton, took place on Tuesday 4 June in the early hours of the morning.

A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “We received a report of a burglary which took place shortly after 3am on 4 June in Southampton.

“It was reported that a brick was thrown through the window of MAS Motorist Centre in Spring Road and entry was gained to the premises.

“Nothing was reported stolen.”

They added: “Officers have investigated the incident, which has now been filed pending any further information coming to light.

“Anyone who witnessed this incident, or has any information, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting 44190190971.”
