A MAN caught with a blade disguised as a credit card in Southampton has been given a suspended sentence.
Anthony Boodhram, 23, was also caught carrying a knife, said to have a locking blade, on April 28.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Boodhram, of Skipper Way, Lee-on-the-Solent, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a blade.
He also pleaded guilty to possession of a quantity of cannabis on the same day.
Boodhram was given a 20 week prison sentence, which magistrates suspended for two years.
He was also made the subject of a four month electronically monitored curfew, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
