A GOSPORT man who was caught drink-driving has been banned from the roads.
Paul Lee Cox, 38, was stopped while driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Woodstock Road, Gosport, on May 30.
When breathalysed by officers, he was found to have 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Cox, of Grange Close, Gosport, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and committing an offence while on a conditional discharge.
He was banned from driving for 12 months and £93.
Cox was also ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
