DRIVERS are facing five-mile queues on the M3 today.
Two lanes of the M3 northbound are currently blocked at junction 11, near Winchester, due to a broken-down vehicle.

Drivers are facing five miles queues back towards Eastleigh and delays of at least 30 minutes.
Police are on the scene.
