A WINCHESTER teenager has been banned for drink driving near his home.
Ryan Donald Eagle, 19, of Middle Brook Street, was stopped by police on June 20 in Upper Brook Street.
His alcohol reading was 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He admitted the charge.
Eagle was disqualified for 12 months, fined £100 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs by magistrates in Basingstoke.
The ban will be cut by 92 days if he passes an approved Department of Transport course by February 2 2020.
