PLANS have been submitted replace an Otterbourne bungalow with four homes.
The proposal, for Old Deeds in Main Road, would see the homes consist of two pairs of three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
In a design statement produced by TKLS Architect, they said: “The design aims to minimise the impact on the neighbouring residents and on the environment by the scale, materials and construction. The properties will complement the adjacent buildings.”
However, the plan has received an objection from Cranbury Close resident Louise Musselwhite, who said: “We feel that the size of this development... is too big.
“Cranbury Close (adjacent to the development) is a small road and we cannot see how building contractors will be able to go up and down to the site quietly and without obstructing the properties already here.”
A decision is due by July 29.
