A MAN has appeared in court over a series of sexual assaults that were alleged to have happened at Castlepoint and a petrol station.
Two women reported being sexually assaulted in separate incidents at the Co-op petrol station in Castle Lane West on Saturday, April 13, just after 5.20pm.
Two further incidents were reported to have taken place in the Castlepoint area a short time later.
It was alleged that the offender smacked or touched the bottoms of the women.
John Anthony Dibben, 34, of Bournemouth, was arrested and appeared at Poole Magistrates Court charged with five offences of sexual assault.
He is due to appear before Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, August 15.
