HUNDREDS of New Forest residents flocked to enjoy Beaulieu village fete thisweekend.
The sun was shining while one of the child stars of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Adrian Hall, opened the fete.
He arrived at the event in a Chitty driven by Lord Montagu of Beaulieu.
A group of children took centre stage when they danced around a maypole decorated with colourful ribbons.
Children also had the chance to enjoy a bouncy castle when the fete took place in the grounds of Palace House.
