A MAN assaulted two people and a police officer in an Eastleigh pub.
Carl Fricker, 35, assaulted a woman and a police officer in The Wagon Works, on Station Hill, Eastleigh.
He also assaulted a man in a racially aggravated attack in the same incident, on May 19.
Fricker pleaded guilty to the assault on the police officer, but denied the attack on his two other victims.
He was found guilty of one count of assault and one count of racially aggravated assault during a trial at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
Fricker, who is currently a serving prison of HMP Highdown, was given a 42 week sentence.
Magistrates ordered that Fricker's new sentence run concurrently to his current sentence.
He was also ordered to pay a total of £1000 in compensation and £300 in court costs.
