A POLICE helicopter helped in a hunt for three men after a suspected hit-and-run incident.
Police dog units were also called to assist the search, in the Corhampton and West Meon areas.
It followed a crash between a Blue Audi A3 and a Vauxhall Corsa, which took place yesterday around 2pm.
The crash happened on Free Street, Bishop’s Waltham.
One man was arrested after making off from the Audi.
Three other men also decamped but were detained after searches by officers, with the help of a police dog and a police helicopter.
Three members of the public in the Corsa, all males and in their late teens, are believed to have sustained minor injuries.
An ambulance was called as a precaution.
A 31-year-old from Southampton, a 20-year-old from Richmond on Thames, a 22-year-old from Southampton and a 20-year-old of no fixed abode have been arrested and last night remained in custody.
