Aaron Roche, the man accused of killing Totton teenager Dele Little, was today cleared of murdering the youngster.

The jury in the trial took less than four-hours to return a verdict of not guilty on Mr Roche over the 15-year-old's death.

Friends and relatives of the dead teenager screamed with disbelief as the verdict was announced.

Meanwhile Mr Roche, whose parents were also in court to hear the verdict, was led away from the dock to be immediately released from custody.

Mr Roche, 21, formerly of Ringwood Road, Lyndhurst, had been accused of murdering 15-year-old Dele Little following a fight at the West Totton Centre in February this year.

He had always denied the charge.

The jury have spent the last three weeks hearing evidence in the case against Mr Roche, who it had been alleged had stabbed the teenager once through the heart.

Judge Guy Boney sent the jury at Winchester Crown Court out at 10.30am, though the nine men and three women came back with their decision just four-hours later.
