Among the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court were:

MARK JOHN FOSTER, 33, of Crabwood Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Also fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

STEVEN JOHN JAMES HASLETT, 28, of Orchards Way, West End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also fined £235, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

PETER LEE HOLLINGSWORTH, 32, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to theft. Conditional discharge of six months. Ordered to pay compensation of £20, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £21.

THEODORE KING, 22, of Redmoor Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Banned from driving for 12 months. Also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

ROSIE PEACHES JOY NORRIS, 27, of Lydgate Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing a police officer. Conditional discharge for six months. Ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £21.

JAMES MICHAEL MOORE, 24, of Coleman Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine. Also admitted failing to comply with community order. Jailed for four weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122.

JASON ANDREW ASHER, 37, of Sutherland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of resisting a police constable. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

PAUL ANDREW CATTERMOLE, 39, of Radcliffe Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and damaging a wing mirror. Community order made for four months, including an electronically monitored curfew for 18 weeks. Also ordered to pay compensation of £210.

FATBARDH BARDHOSHI, 24, of Watres Drive, Staines-on-Thames. Pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing a police constable and two counts of driving without a displaying registration.

JOHN BENNION, 53, of Spartina Drive, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Also fined £103 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

ANDREW WAYNE BINGHAM, 32, of Fullerton Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending a threatening voicemail. Conditional discharge of 24 months. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

GEMMA LOUISE WILLIAMS, 32, of Kent Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft and admitted committing an offence while on a conditional discharge. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

MATTHEW LEIGH DRAY, 22, of Hamilton Road, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Also fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85.

ALEXANDER GOODRIDGE, 29, of Peel Close, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police constable. Fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

CATHERINE MARIE VINE, 36, of Waterloo Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of cannabis. Conditional discharge for 18 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

IRENERSZ GRABOWSKI, 39, of Holcroft Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assaulting a police officer. Fined £280, ordered to pay court costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £30.

ANDREW JAMES BRIGHT, 51, of Bishops Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Also fined £120, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

LIAM ANTHONY DWAIN BUTCHER, 23, of Paignton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a police cell. Fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £60.
