A MAN who committed a “serious assault” on an emergency worker has been jailed.
Dean Lewis Lee, 28, assaulted the police officer in Boothby Close, Totton, on February 7.
He also assaulted another officer and resisted another during a separate incident on January 12, in which he damaged a door.
Lee also damaged another door on November 17 last year.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates’ Court, Lee pleaded guilty to two charges of criminal damage, two charges of assault and one charge of resisting a police officer.
Lee, who is now a serving prisoner at HMP Winchester, was given a six month prison sentence to run concurrently with his current sentence.
