KRIS PERRY, 34, of Court Close, Calmore. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen blood having been suspected of driving and possession of cocaine. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also given a community order for 12 months including 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

WALDEMAR KAZIMIERZ GADAWSKI, 55, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to assault and breach of a conditional discharge. Community order made for 12 months, including 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £90.

DONNA GILLMORE, 44, of Belmont Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words or behaviour and criminal damage. Community order made for 12 months, including 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

MARK DAVID POVEY, 44, of Queens Road, Frome. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made for 12 months, including 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Also fined £576, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

DAWID DAMIAN KOSZKOWSKI, 35, of Manor Road North, Woolston. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made for 24 months, including 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 150 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

DAVID CROWHURST, 54, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to comply with notification requirements as a sex offender. Jailed for eight weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

KYLE JAMIE DAVIES, 24, of Chestnut Drive, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to having a bladed article in a public place. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 24 months. Also made the subject of an eight week electronically monitored curfew ordered to complete a three month drug rehabilitation programme and 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

JAMES ROBERT ATTWOOD, 37, of Tatwin Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft, using vehicle when details recorded in register were incorrect, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and failing to surrender to court. Fined a total of £300. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LEE STEVEN MACKEY, 45, of Goodwin Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of a bladed article, two counts of theft and failing to surrender to court bail. Community order made for 12 months, including six months drug dependency treatment. Also ordered to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement days. Also fined £50 and ordered to pay compensation of £294.

DARREL CURTHOYS, 25, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and driving without a licence . Fined £162, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

STEPHEN BROWN, 72, of Gordon Street, Hull. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and failing to surrender to court. Community order made for 12 months, including 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
