TWO men have been found not guilty of being part of a conspiracy to dishonestly receive stolen goods, motor vehicles, documentation and car parts.
Valdas Andrijauskis and Egidjius Kerutis, had been charged with being involved in a conspiracy allegedly involving stolen vehicles at Guilsfield on July 2.
But when they appeared during a hearing at Mold Crown Court this week they were formally found not guilty, after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Two other men facing the same allegations, Zilvanas Staneyvicius and Paulinus Marcinkevius, will go on trial at Mold Crown Court on December 9.
