AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court were:

LUKE BALJIT SANDHU, 32, of Proctor Close, Thornhill. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Fined £166, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

STEVEN DAVID ROBINSON, 39, of Peveril Road, Woolston. Admitted breaching community order by failing to attend drug rehabilitation. Ordered to do an extra three days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

ROBERT OSTROWSKI, 36, of Romsey Road, Shirley. Found guilty of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, driving without MOT and driving on a footpath. Community order made for 12 months, including 140 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £620 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

RAFAL JACH, 20, of Cranbury Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Fined £150, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

CHARLES JENKYN, 40, of Warnes Lane, Burley. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Also fined £300, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

JOEY ROMERO, 33, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to being a sex offender and failing to comply with notification requirements. Fined £162, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £100.

CHRISTIAN CUMMINS, 53, of Landsdowne Gardens, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to three counts of theft, using threatening words or behaviour and committing an offence while on a conditional discharge. Community order made for 12 months, including six months drug rehabilitation programme and 10 days rehabilitation activity requirement. Also fined £40 and ordered to pay compensation of £492.

EDUARD LUPU, 39, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath test. Disqualified for 12 months. Also fined £186, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

NICHOLAS MARTIN STOKES, 39, of Woolston Road, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Community order made for 12 months, including 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £20.

ROBERT WILLIAM PAUL FISHER, 39, of Church Road, Woolston. Admitted breaching community order by failing to attend appointments. Fined £230 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

WILLIAM GREGORY MICHEAL SHEEN, 23, of Queens Gardens, Fordingbridge. Admitted breaching requirements of community order by failing to provide evidence. Fined £45.

MATTHEW STAINER, 19, of Hill Lane, Shirley. Admitted breaching community order by failing to attend appointments.

AMAREECE SINGH TAAK, 24, of Argyle Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching community order by failing to attendappointments. Fined £30.
