M27, near Junction 3
MOTORISTS are being warned of delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning.
One lane has been shut on the M27 Westbound between Junction 3, Nursling, and Junction 2, Ower.
The lane closure is due to a vehicle being recovered and traffic officers are at the scene.
The delays started at around 7.30am.
