A POPULAR pub with Saints fans is on the market for £500,000.
The King Alfred pub, near St Mary's Stadium, has a first floor function room which doubles up as an away fans bar and regularly hosts live entertainment.
Tonya West from property agents Christie and Co said the pub, known as The Glebe when it was built in 1932, is different from other pubs in the city.
"The King Alfred is one of the few genuine independent venues still around and it is conveniently situated less than a half a mile from the city centre.
"In addition from attracting football fans, the King Alfred is quickly acquiring a reputation as a great venue for all types of private parties and functions."
