Long delays on M3 after 'overrunning roadworks' block two lanes
TWO lanes of a Hampshire motorway are closed due to "overrunning" roadworks.
Drivers are being warned of long delays on the southbound M3 near Eastleigh.
Two lanes remain closed this morning due to overrunning roadworks, between junction 13 for Eastleigh and junction 14 for the M27.
