AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court were:

CHRISTOPHER JOHN DYER, 25, of Buttermere Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Also fined £333, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85.

ASHTON FAIRCLOUGH, 31, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21.

ELEANOR CAROLINE MARSTON, 57, of Anson Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft and breaching a conditional discharge. Fined £10 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.

WAYNE LEE MORRIS, 33, of Alexander Square, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to theft. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £36.

ALAN PETER TAYLOR, 63, of Rozel Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Conditional discharge for six months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

SLAWOMIR ROBERT TUREK, 41, of Mansel Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Also fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85.

RICKY MARK CUNNINGHAM, 38, of Stanley Road, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath. Community order made for 12 months, including 120 hours of unpaid work. Also disqualified from driving for 14 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

ANDRZEJ DABROWSKI, 37, of Borrowdale Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving and possession of cocaine. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also fined £60, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

TERRENCE HART, 64, of Chaffey Close, Ringwood, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Also fined £380, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court costs of £85.

FREDERICK JAMES STEELE, 29, of Osbourne Road North, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving and one count of driving with a faulty tyre. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL JOSEPH STAFFORD, 47, of Hightown Tower, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving and driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also fined £180, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

IAN WAYNE MOONEY, 41, of The Mill Pond, Holbury, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and one count of racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Community order made for 12 months, including 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and a three month electronically monitored curfew. Also ordered to pay compensation of £100.

ROLAND FOLMAN, 31, of Botley Road, Curdridge. Found guilty to drink-driving in Southampton. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Also fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £600.

ANDREW WILLIAM HENBEST, 33, of Percy Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to four counts of theft. Conditional discharge for one year. Also ordered to pay compensation of £120.

ADAM SIBLEY, 19, of Blackthorn Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also fined £285, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.
