MATTHEW GUERIN-ASHFORD, 28, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Community order made for 12 months, including 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £50.

NUMAIR IQBAL, 18, of Hampshire Avenue, Slough. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle.
