A HAMPSHIRE man has been fined for being drunk and disorderly.
Dennis Brown, 64, was caught being drunk and disorderly in Gosport on September 30.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, Brown pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Brown, of Albert Street, was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
The money is to be deducted from his benefits.
