DANIEL SHANE SMITH, 26, of Glebe Meadows, Salisbury. Admitted failing to comply with requirements of community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Fined £50.

ROBERT JASON WITT, 45, of Bishopsdown Farm, Salisbury. Found guilty of assault. Community order made for 12 months, including 120 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay costs of £620, a victim surcharge of £85 and a restraining order made.

PAUL HAROLD GALLAGHER, 49, of Allen Road, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made for 12 months, including 100 hours of unpaid work and 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £90.

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL PAUL BURGE, 39, of Barrow Way, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching a restraining order. STEPHEN JOHN FREDERICK WEAVERS, 55, of Mortimer Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to five counts of drug driving (each different drugs). Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also community order made for 12 months, including 100 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement. He was ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.
