TOMASZ SAWARYN OGINSKI, 43, of The Wicket, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Also fined £400, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

JOSHUA PHILLIPS, 25, of Woodmill Heights, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to interfering with a vehicle with the intention of theft. Fined £162, ordered to pay court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £30.

ADAM STEVEN MCCRYSTAL BAKER, 30, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to three counts of theft, assault on an emergency worker and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to complete six month drug rehabilitation treatment and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

SEBASTIAN BAJ, 35, of Estella Road, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made for 12 months, including 150 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

RAJA SINGH ROATH, 30, of Bitterne Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving and using a mobile phone at the wheel. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Community order made for 12 months, including 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also fined £50 and ordered to pay court costs of £85.

JACK WILLIAM CORNHILL, care of Dale Valley Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Ordered to complete two months of alcohol dependency treatment. Also ordered to pay court costs of £60.
