A MAN who threatened to set fire to a chemist has been ordered to pay compensation.
Robert Dioszegi, 42, threatened to burn down the Millbrook Pharmacy on Windermere Avenue on June 20.
During the incident, he also harassed a woman by using threatening behaviour.
Southampton Magistrates' Court heard was racially aggravated.
Dioszegi, Culver Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment by using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and making a threat.
He was given a community order for 12 months, including 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
Dioszegi was also fined £50 and ordered to pay compensation of £25.
