MOTORISTS are being warned of 15 minute delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning.

The delays are heading southbound between Junction 1 of the M271, by Brownhill Way in Southampton, and the A33 Redbridge roundabout.

The traffic congestion started at approximately 8am.
