A MAN and a woman from Southampton have appeared in court accused of a robbing a Burger King employee.
Wilson Oliveira, 21, and Ana Tavares Da Costa, 23, allegedly robbed the fast food worker of more than £2,000 in cash.
The alleged incident is said to have taken place at the Above Bar Street store on September 12.
The pair appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court earlier this month.
Oliveira, of Romsey Road, Southampton, and Tavares, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton, both face one allegation of robbery each.
Oliveira also faces an allegation of possessing a knife.
Neither entered a plea at the hearing and the case was sent to Southampton Crown Court for their next hearing, on December 2.
