PHILIP JAMES ROSHER, 32, care of Vanguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of theft and three counts of obstructing a police officer. Jailed for six weeks. Also ordered to pay compensation of £150.

DANIEL JAMES VAIL, 28, of Elm Street, Rochdale. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath test. Disqualified from driving for six months. Also fined £615, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £61.

DANIEL CARHART, 51, of Harborough Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also fined £120, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.
