SOUTHAMPTON dog-lovers will have the chance to visit a festive pop-up cafe for designer doggies.

French bulldogs, dachshunds and pugs of Hampshire are invited to take part in a Christmas extravaganza.

Once again, the famous Pug Cafe and Frenchie Cafe will be returning to Southampton with the addition of a Dachshund Cafe.

Daily Echo:

With breed specific pop up cafes, every dog will get their moment to shine, mingle and rub paws with their fellow dog kind and show off their very best Christmas outfits.

Taking place at Revolucion de Cuba on Above Bar Street, there will be Cuban Christmas fare, and plenty of festive cocktails and spritzes, cake and coffee, and more.

Exclusively for dogs, there'll be free festive pupuccinos, and pawsecco and champaws on tap.

Daily Echo:

Mince pies, Christmas pupcakes, gingerbread cookies and lots more on the menu.

The cafe will take place on December 22 and places can be booked online now.

Last time the Pug Cafe visited Southampton, more than 300 small dogs visited the bar in a doggie-take-over.
