A SOUTHAMPTON man stole hundreds of pounds worth of clothes from a retailer in Southampton.
John Mark Russell, 37, stole clothing worth £345 from Marks and Spencer on October 20.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Russell, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to one count of theft.
He was sentenced to a 12 month community order, including a nine month drug rehabilitation requirement and 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
Also ordered to pay a £90 victim surcharge.
