Police have confirmed that tools have been stolen in Eastleigh, after a van was broken into yesterday morning.
On Thursday November 21, an unknown person or persons punched a small hole just above the lock on the back door of a van in Seymour Close, Eastleigh, and stole the power tools from inside.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: "We were called just before 8am today (November 21) with a report of tools being stolen from a van in Seymour Close, Eastleigh between 9pm last night and 7.30am this morning.
"Anyone who saw anything suspicious or with any information should call 101, quoting reference 44190418148."
