POLICE say investigations are ongoing after a man was found unconscious in Southampton city centre.
Officers said the man, who had suffered head injuries, was found in Above Bar Street by officers out on patrol around 1am on November 21.
The man was taken to hospital.
Officers arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of wounding with intent and a 22-year-old man on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police say both men have now been released without any further action.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson added: "Investigations are ongoing."
