THE High Court in London has officially quashed the planning permission for the £150 million Station Approach scheme in Winchester.
The City of Winchester Trust had challenged the outline approval and had been told by the city council that it would withdraw the permission.
Now Judge Rhodri Price Lewis QC has granted the order.
A spokesperson for the city council, in a brief statement, said yesterday: “Winchester City Council has received an order from the High Court which confirms the outline planning permission for the Station Approach application has been quashed.”
