Motorway chaos as all lanes closed on motorway near Southampton
MOTORISTS faced severe traffic today as all lanes on a Hampshire motorway were closed.
Traffic officers closed the lanes on Junction 1 of the M271 Northbound just before 1pm.
There were delays on approach to the junction.
Traffic has since been released.
