Jail for persistent shoplifter who went on crime spree
A PERSISTENT shoplifter has been jailed for 14 weeks for continuing to steal from Winchester shops.
Kell Phra-Bang Andrews, 39, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, admitted eight thefts from shops including Boots and M&S in Winchester and Sainsbury in Eastleigh between October 20 and November 25.
He was also sentenced for 12 thefts linked to a previous suspended sentence.
