SALISBURY City Council has installed a second water re-fill station for the public to use in the city.
Working in partnership with Wiltshire Council and Wessex Water, the water re-fill station is located in Old George Mall.
Eleven-year-old Rosie Price, who has been leading a campaign around water re-fill stations, cut the ribbon at its launch event last week.
The first re-fill station was installed earlier this year in Salisbury Market Place.
The council says it hopes that the re-fill stations will decrease litter and waste in the city and reduce reliance on plastic as part of Salisbury City Council’s ongoing plan to be economically friendly where possible.
