A DRIVER failed a breath and drug test following a crash which involved a van and car.
Ambulance and fire services rushed to the scene of the crash yesterday, which took place on Bartons Road, Havant.
The driver of the van was injured but is believed to have saved "serious injury" by the safety features in his vehicle.
Hampshire Roads Police said enquiries are ongoing pending a court case in the near future.
It is unknown what time the incident happened.
