GEORGE JAMES SUMMERBELL, 19, of Nightingale Grove, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also fined a total of £418 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

RAYMOND JOHN CUMMINGS, 38, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching community order by failing to comply with curfew requirements. Fined £100.
