ANAYATULLH SAKHIZADEH, 30, of Belvidere House, Kent Street. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Southampton. Disqualified from driving for 40 months. Also fined £200, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

RICHARD JOHN TURNER, 32, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton. Failed to comply with requirements of community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Ordered to complete an extra 20 hours of unpaid work and pay costs of £60.

GEORGE JAMES SUMMERBELL, 19, of Nightingale Grove, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and drug driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also fined a total of £418 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

RAYMOND JOHN CUMMINGS, 38, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching community order by failing to comply with curfew requirements. Fined £100.

GREGORY PETER MULLENS, 24, of Bankside, Southampton. Admitted breaching suspended sentence order by failing to provide evidence. Fined £250.

RASHPAL SINGH SANGHERA, 35, of Lingwood Close, Southampton. Admitted breaching post sentence supervision requirements by failing to attend appointments. Fined £80.

MARK CHRISTOPHER BERESFORD, 62, of Osmers Hill, Wadhurst. Found guilty of speeding on the M27 and failing to give information about a driver suspected to have been involved in an offence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £160, ordered to pay court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £30. Driving licence endorses with six points.

RAMIN DORANIKHEIL, 34, of High Street, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to give information about a drive suspected to have been involved in an offence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £360, ordered to pay court costs of £395 and £32 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

REUBEN MUNNOCH, 22 of Bluebell Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Fined £133. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

SHER ALI KHAN, 53, of Suttones Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for 107 days and fined £120. Ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.

ANDREW JAMES WINDSOR, 46, of Derby Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of using threatening and insulting words. The court found the offence was racially aggravated. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for 10 weeks. Restraining order imposed to stop him from contacting victim. Ordered to pay £400 in court costs and £85 victim surcharges.

VICTORIA JANE COLE, 33, of Bontay Bay Road. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Community order made and disqualified from driving for 26 months. Ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

CADAN LEE EMSLEY, 27, of Park Road, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Community order made and fined £150. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ROY CARTER, 36, of Beechmount Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving and driving without a licence. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also fined a total of £800, ordered to pay court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £60.

EMMA LOUISE MCINDOE, 29, of Andrew Lane, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to theft. Community order made for two months, including two month curfew. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £90.
