A MAN will appear in court in the new year charged in connection with the reported theft of a Poppy Appeal charity collection box in Bournemouth.
The theft is alleged to have occurred at around 2.50am on Tuesday, October 29 at a block of flats in St Paul’s Place.
Following a CCTV appeal and enquiries by officers, a 19-year-old Southampton man was arrested in connection with the incident and charged with theft.
He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday, January 3, 2020.
