A MAN has been banned from the roads after he was caught drink driving with no license or insurance.
Nathan Craig Roberts, 31, was caught drink driving on Mumber Road on November 11 with no license or insurance policy.
Roberts had 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Roberts, of Weevil Lane, Gosport, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance and driving without a license at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £200.
He was also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
