IT IS that time of year when festive fun is aplenty and carol singers are out in force spreading joy, but police have now issued a warning.
PCSO Sarah McCulloch, of Meon Valley Police Station, has issued an alert regarding carol singers that has been “acting aggressively” while out and about.
PCSO McCulloch said: “We are aware of a number of social media posts in relation to a young female carol singer who is with an older female acting aggressively or being over familiar near to properties in the Meon Valley, Fareham, Hedge end and Eastleigh areas.
“If you do have any concerns please do consider contacting Hampshire Constabulary via 101, 999 in an emergency or reporting online via - hampshire.police.uk.”
