One of the things I have noticed since the election, is the non appearance of the many starred blue flags, hogging the pavement outside the Parliament building.
What a relief.
The last night of the Proms was spoiled by many starred hats and banners, despite everyone singing of their devotion to the home country.
Where are they now?
I expect China will feel the pinch as most of the banners etc come from there.
But that's the British for you, one always wants to be on the side of of the winners, so hedge your bets.
