A TEENAGER caught drug dealing in a Hampshire town has been sentenced.
Brandon James Smith, 18, was caught with eight bags of cannabis while in Romsey on February 26.
At an earlier hearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Smith, of Duttons Road, Romsey, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
His sentencing was moved to Southampton Crown Court.
Appearing at the crown court on Monday, Smith was given a 12 month community order, which includes 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
The court also ordered £680, seized at the time of Smith's arrest, to be forfeited, as well as the drugs and a mobile phone, which the court ordered to be destroyed.
