Three men have been charged after an attempted burglary at a Southampton supermarket.
The trio appeared before Southampton Magistrates Court today following a break-in at Asda on Portland Terrace.
Bleu Alford, 28, of Winston Close, Darryl Clarke,31, of Compass Way and Joseph Walsh, 29, of Palm Road have each been charged with attempted burglary and handling stolen goods.
Clarke also faces a charge of possession of cannabis.
They were seen trying to break into the store before fleeing in a stolen vehicle during the incident which happened between 10.45pm on Monday, January 6 and 1.40am Tuesday, January 7.
They have been remanded to appear again at Southampton Crown Court on 10 February.
