A SOUTHAMPTON man has been found guilty of repeatedly breaching a non-molestation order.

Ashfaqunoor Chowdhury, 37, breached the court order four times in less than a month.

He attended a property in Southampton, which he was banned from doing by Southampton Family Court in July, on four occasions between August 27 and September 9.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Chowdhury pleaded not guilty to four counts of breaching a non-molestation order.

But he was found guilty following a trial at the same court.

His case was adjourned for sentencing on February 5 to allow for a pre-sentence report to be complete.

Chowdhury, or Rosewall Road, Southampton, was given bail until the next hearing, with conditions to stay away from his victim and the street in which she lives.
