A HAMPSHIRE man has been fined after being drunk and disorderly in public.
David Graham Cullen, 29, was caught being drunk and disorderly in Blackwater Drive on August 2.
He also trespassed upon on the railway line at New Milton Station on September 9 and failed to surrender to court bail on November 5.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Cullen, of Dinham Road, New Milton, pleaded guilty to one count of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
He also pleaded guilty to trespassing on a railway line, failing to surrender to court bail, and committing an offence during the period of conditional discharge.
Cullen was fined a total of £260 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
